We am sure you will love your purchase from us, but if you are unhappy with it, we offer a full
refund of your winning purchase price (excluding any p&p charged) on return of the item to us
within ten days. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage to any

All our watches are fitted with a battery by their manufacturer. As we do not know the date of
the watches manufacture we unfortunately cannot offer any guarantee on the life of the fitted battery.
